Contact enquiries

When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, enquiry category and message you submit. We use these details to answer your enquiry and provide support. We do not add contact-form users to marketing lists.

Delivery services

Contact form messages are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. Messages are sent to info@r4gsaudio.com, which is forwarded to our inbox using Cloudflare Email Routing. These providers process information necessary to deliver your message.

Retention and your rights

We retain correspondence as long as reasonably necessary for support, follow-up and relevant record-keeping. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information where applicable by emailing info@r4gsaudio.com.

Newsletter

We aren't collecting newsletter subscriptions through this website yet. We'll explain how signup, consent and unsubscribe work before enabling it.
